Led by Dr. James Quinlan, DPT, ATC

Great leadership is built over time. My work in professional sports is deeply rooted in performing at the highest level in any role I filled. I am proud of what I have accomplished but it also came with some failures and setbacks along the way. I was fortunate enough to be around some of the best people, leaders, and performers from a young age. 


From my time as bat boy up through my time as head athletic trainer, I watched and worked along cy young award winners, hall of fame players and world champion managers. I experienced first-hand how they sustained success. 

 

I learned early about how vital physical, psychological, emotional and social aspects of the athlete are intertwined when it comes to maintaining health and performance. I utilized these same qualities while helping some of the best performance groups in baseball sustain greatness. 


Over time, I have also learned what habits and routines did not work and how to avoid landmines. I am excited to share this with groups of people who have similar values and goals for their own career or team.
